1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour will be eligible for a refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.

“No-shows” will be charged in full.
3. Pickup & Drop-off

Pickup is included from selected hotels or locations in Johannesburg, Sandton, or Pretoria.

Guests must be ready at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Delays caused by guests may result in missed activities without refund.
4. Safety & Participation

Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the guide or park staff.

Engeta Tours and Lion & Safari Park reserve the right to deny participation to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

This tour is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations, severe health conditions, or children under the age of 3.
5. Liability

Engeta Tours and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during the tour.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel and medical insurance.
6. Optional Activities

Optional activities such as animal encounters, meals, and souvenirs are not included in the tour price and must be paid for separately on-site.
7. Changes & Force Majeure

Engeta Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, road closures, extreme weather), alternate arrangements will be made where possible.
